Mahatari Gramin Vikas Foundation
1. About the Organization
Mahatari Gramin Vikas Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to
the upliftment of underprivileged sections of society. The organization
operates the following social welfare programs:
- Free coaching support for children
- Free book distribution for children
- Free sanitary pad distribution for women for 12 months

Financial assistance to registered members in case of illness after
90 days of registration (as per organizational rules)
These benefits are provided only to properly registered members of the organization.
2. Registration Fee Policy
All schemes of the organization operate on the basis of a registration fee.
This fee is used for:
- Administrative expenses
- Beneficiary identification and verification
- Material distribution arrangements
- Program operation and management
Payment of the registration fee implies that the applicant has accepted
all terms and conditions of the organization.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Rule
The registration fee paid to the organization is generally non-refundable,
as the amount is utilized in the execution and management of social welfare programs.
3.2 Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered
Refunds may be considered only under the following special circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error
- Excess amount deducted due to a system or payment gateway error
- Administrative error acknowledged in writing by the organization
3.3 Refund Request Process
- Refund request must be submitted in writing within 15 days from the date of payment
- The request must include:
- Applicant’s name
- Mobile number
- Date of payment
- Amount paid
- Transaction ID / Receipt
- Refund decisions will be made only after verification by the organization
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method only
- The organization’s decision shall be final and binding
3.4 Situations Where Refund Will Not Be Granted
No refund shall be provided in the following cases:
- Member voluntarily withdraws from the scheme
- Membership is cancelled after availing benefits
- Submitted documents are incomplete or incorrect
- Membership is terminated due to violation of organizational rules
Legal & Dispute Resolution Policy
1. Acceptance of Terms
Every person registering with the organization agrees that they accept
all schemes, rules, and terms of the organization.
The assistance provided by the organization is a form of social support
and does not constitute an insurance policy or legally enforceable financial contract.
2. Conditions Related to Scheme Benefits

Financial assistance will be provided only after verification by the
organization’s internal committee

Assistance shall be subject to available resources and internal rules

The organization reserves the right to approve or reject any application
with valid reasons
3. In Case of Disputes

A written complaint must first be submitted to the organization for resolution

The matter will be reviewed by the internal committee and a decision
will be communicated accordingly
4. Jurisdiction Clause
In case of any civil dispute related to the organization, the matter shall
fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in
Sarangarh, Chhattisgarh only.
This clause applies only to civil disputes. Criminal matters shall be handled
as per applicable laws.
5. Right to Amend Rules
The organization reserves the right to:
- Modify its schemes
- Amend rules and terms
- Update eligibility criteria
Any updated policy shall become effective immediately upon publication
on the organization’s official platform or website.
