1. Acceptance of Terms

Any person registering in any scheme of Mahatari Gramin Vikas Foundation agrees to abide by all the rules, terms, and policies of the organization.

Payment of the registration fee will be considered as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Organization Schemes

The organization runs the following social welfare schemes:

• Free coaching for children
• Free book distribution
• Free sanitary pad distribution to women for 12 months
• Financial assistance in case of illness after 90 days of registration (as per organization rules)

These schemes are operated as social service initiatives. They do not constitute insurance, investment, or any legally enforceable financial contract.

3. Registration & Eligibility

• Benefits are available only to properly registered members
• Members must provide true and accurate information
• Membership may be cancelled immediately if false information is found

4. Rights of the Organization

The organization reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any application
• Decide the limit of benefits under any scheme
• Provide assistance based on availability of resources
• Terminate membership of any member violating the rules

5. Conditions for Financial Assistance

• Financial assistance in case of illness will be provided only after verification by the organization’s internal review committee
• The amount of assistance will depend on eligibility, rules, and available resources
• The organization is not obligated to approve every application

6. Fees & Payments

• Registration fees are used for administrative and scheme operational purposes
• The Refund Policy for registration fees is available separately on the organization’s website
• Members are responsible for providing correct information during payment

7. Limitation of Liability

The organization provides only social assistance. The organization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or additional damages.

8. Amendments to Rules

The organization has full rights to:

• Modify schemes
• Change eligibility rules
• Revise benefit conditions

Updated rules will become effective immediately after being published on the website.

9. Jurisdiction

In case of any civil dispute related to the organization, the matter shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Sarangarh, Chhattisgarh.
